We send all our chocolate out in Express Post satchels.
This is because regular mail just takes too long in transit and the chocolate is open to melting and damaging before you receive it.
While express post satchels can be a little more expensive than standard mail in some instances, it is only a small difference but it mitigates a big risk of the chocolate being ruined by the time it arrives to you.
We do also subsidise the cost of the express post a little, to help keep costs down. Unfortunately the cost of shipping in Australia is not controlled by us, it is in the hands of Australia Post.
We send orders out every Monday and Thursday morning and as all orders go express post you should receive your order within 1-2 business days (metro areas Australia wide) after the post run.
If you feel your parcel should have arrived but hasn’t yet, please email us at email@example.com and we can send you the tracking number.
In light of current Covid situations, shipping times may be affected beyond our control.
Returns / Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind. If there is any problem with the quality of the product when it arrives, please email or call us immediately and we can discuss refund / replacement options with you.
