Cornflake & Choc Chip Cookies

An old favourite with a crunchy twist, cornflake and Choc Chip Cookies

Serves - 20 biscuits

Ingredients

  • 125g margarine (lactose free)
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 ¼ cups self-raising flour, sifted (gluten free)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (lactose free) 
  • 1 ½ cups cornflakes (gluten free) 
  • 100g of Sweet William Original 50g or 100g cut into small pieces or Sweet William Choc Chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven 180°C.
  2. Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla.
  3. Add sifted flour.
  4. Add milk and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Add the cornflakes and chocolate pieces.
  6. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and lightly press onto baking tray.
  7. Cook until golden brown – takes about 12 minutes.
