
Cornflake & Choc Chip Cookies

An old favourite with a crunchy twist, cornflake and Choc Chip Cookies
Serves – 20 biscuits
Ingredients
- 125g margarine (lactose free)
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 ¼ cups self-raising flour, sifted (gluten free)
- 1 tablespoon milk (lactose free)
- 1 ½ cups cornflakes (gluten free)
- 100g Sweet William Original or Choc Chips
Method
- Preheat oven 180°C.
- Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla.
- Add sifted flour.
- Add milk and stir until a dough forms.
- Add the cornflakes and chocolate pieces.
- Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and lightly press onto baking tray.
- Cook until golden brown – takes about 12 minutes.
